What is a group?
For most shows ten or more seats makes you a volume buyer with all the ‘group’ benefits. Click on the show logo to the left and scroll down to availability for the group minimum for your show.
Are you the box office?
We are the in-house group seating service for the Pantages Theatre and Broadway L.A. We are also the authorized group sales office for the Wadsworth and Brentwood Theatres, as well as other venues in Southern California. No matter what show you book with us you’re getting direct, authorized access, typically at or below box office prices.
How do I pay?
We would love a check (personal, company, cashiers, money order) but we’ll gladly take Visa, Mastercard or American Express. One form of payment per order. (We cannot accept checks within two weeks of a performance.)
Do I have to pay now?
Not when you plan in advance. When you order more than three months out (90 Days), we’ll reserve your seats and give you time to collect payment from your organization or fellow show-goers. Those who order close to their desired performance date will have to pay soon after their confirmation if not on that day.
When do I have to pay?
Some orders call for a non refundable deposit within a month of confirmation and a final payment 90 days before the show. The earlier you book, the more flexible the terms. Those who order close to their desired performance date will have to pay soon after their confirmation if not on that day.
Can I add seats to my order?
Since there is no obligation, it is to your advantage to estimate high and reduce your numbers when it’s time to pay. As long as you keep the group minimum for your show, you get the volume buyer benefits. Plus, if you estimate low and call to add more, the seats you want may no longer be available - and you’ll have to pay a service fee. We cannot add to an order that is paid for.
How long does it take?
For most shows, we will confirm your seats right away over the phone. For others it can take a day or more. Some extremely popular shows can take several days. We work hard to get every order confirmed as soon as possible.
Is the theatre accessible to handicapped individuals?
Handicapped access information varies from venue to venue. We’ll provide complete information on accessibility if you describe your needs in detail when you make your request.
What about children?
Most of the shows we sell are designed for individuals who can sustain focused attention for up to two hours and forty-five minutes. Make sure to ask about age-appropriateness when you place your request and keep in mind that every person has to have a ticket regardless of age. Please Note: No Children Under 5 will be Admitted in the Theatre.
